Maureen N. Abdelsayed is the General Counsel/Chief Operating Office of Integrated Data Services, Inc., a premier Government contractor, delivering innovative financial and program management information system solutions to the Federal Government. She practices corporate, employment and intellectual property law, and also oversees the company’s worldwide business and legal operations.
Ms. Abdelsayed has served as a key advisor to various companies and individuals seeking her expertise in the areas of compliance, business ethics, contracts negotiations, intellectual property, breach of contract, licensing, corporate formation, corporate dissolution and employment law. She is a member of the California State Bar’s Business Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Labor & Employment Law sections.
Ms. Abdelsayed earned a dual degree from the University of California, San Diego in Political Science and Psychology, and went on to receive a Master’s Certificate in International Laws and Methodologies from New York University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 2008, graduating amongst the top 1/3 of her class.
