Alice Estaville focuses her practice on civil and business litigation, immigration law, landlord tenant law, and transactional services for our business clients. Ms. Estaville also provides mediation services for parties who wish to resolve their dispute in a neutral fashion without
the hassle of litigation.

Ms. Estaville is a strong advocate for immigrant rights and provides a variety of pro bono service for qualifying immigrants. Ms. Estaville’ immigration law practice is focused on family based visas, professional and corporate related immigration needs. Ms. Estaville has experience in and successfully represented clients in obtaining L-1 visas for intra-company transfers, H-1B visas for persons in specialty occupations, a variety of family based visas,
and other visas such as the T-1 visas.

Ms. Estaville is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and then Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Estaville also had the opportunity to study International and Comparative Law in both Italy and France. She has volunteered abroad to help the underprivileged in both Mexico and her native Egypt, and also has volunteered with political campaigns in Orange and San Diego Counties.
