Haroun Nabhan is the founder and Principal of Nabhan Law. Haroun’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, conservatorships, and litigation. As a sole practitioner, he provides each client with the specialized skills, experience, personal focus and hands-on attention they need at cost-effective rates. In addition to being a practicing attorney, he is also a contributing writer for Westlaw-Thomson Reuters, helping write educational materials on estate planning for other attorneys.
Haroun’s clients include individuals, married couples, families with special needs children, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries. Because family is so important to him, Haroun is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future or deal with the loss or incapacity of a loved one. In helping his clients, Haroun takes a very personal approach to each case. He understands that probate matters and disputes are often emotionally charged and therefore require a unique problem-solving approach.
Prior to starting his own practice, Haroun worked for an AV-rated law firm in the South Bay, where he handled estate planning, conservatorship, and special needs trust matters. He also represented clients in litigation disputes, including matters involving multi-million dollar trusts. Prior to that, he worked for a boutique firm in Pasadena specializing in probate and civil rights litigation, where he tried his first case (as second chair) just 6 months after receiving his license to practice law.
In his spare time, Haroun loves to travel, and has visited more than 30 countries throughout the world.
